I am Janet Vaughan (Barlow), a native of North Augusta, SC. I am a licensed Realtor in GA and SC. I have lived in North Augusta my entire life and know the area and the schools extremely well. I hold a Master’s degree in Administration and an Educational Specialist in Leadership and Policies. I retired after thirty-one years with Aiken County Public Schools. I am the former Principal of Hammond Hill Elementary, a role that I served in for ten years before joining Meybohm Real Estate.
I am a member of the Greater Augusta Board of Realtors and a member of the Augusta MLS and the Aiken MLS. By listing your home with me, I am able to place your home in not one, but two MLS services in our area. If you are buying a home, I have a much broader base of homes to search from.
In 2017, I became a member of Meybohm’s President’s Club based on my performance with respect to sales and listings. I have also achieved the monthly “Best of Meybohm” award numerous times.
My husband is Lloyd Barlow. He is also a Realtor with Meybohm and is licensed in GA and SC. Before joining Meybohm Real Estate, Lloyd spent thirty-seven years in the financial area as a CPA and a former CFP. He was the managing partner in a CPA firm until he sold his practice to become the CFO of a large specialty contracting company. He retired from the financial area to join me in Real Estate.
